Health MOT: A Comprehensive Blood Test & Personalised Consultation

Understand your health before problems arise

Most health issues don’t appear overnight, they build up slowly over time, often long before any symptoms show. A Health MOT is your chance to take a proactive look inside your body and identify potential imbalances early. Instead of waiting until you’ve received a medical diagnosis, you can take control of your health now.

Integrate Nutrition’s Health MOT is right for:

  • People with symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, sleep issues, weight changes, irregular cycles, or reduced performance.

  • Those who want to investigate hormone concerns — from Premenstrual Syndrome, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, or Perimenopause to low testosterone or prostate health.

  • Anyone curious about their long-term risk for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or thyroid imbalance.

  • People who feel “not themselves” but haven’t found answers through standard GP tests.

  • Individuals who want a starting point to optimise health, whether for sports performance, weight management, or healthy ageing.

What’s included?

  • Advanced blood test: covering inflammation, immunity, thyroid, sex hormones, liver & kidney function, heart health, blood sugar, iron, certain vitamin status and more (see details below)*

  • 1x 60-minute consultation: where we’ll go through your results in detail and outline your next steps for nutrition, supplements, lifestyle changes, and advice on whether further tests or deeper support might benefit you.

*Cost of the blood draw is not included in the cost of the MOT.

Why invest in this Health MOT?

  • Deeper insights than standard bloods: goes beyond the basic markers that you’d get through the GP.

  • A functional approach: results interpreted in the context of your whole health, not just “within normal range” we want to check optimal range.

  • Personal connection: not just a print-out of numbers — you’ll get guidance you can act on immediately and time to discuss without feeling rushed.

  • Preventative focus: supporting long-term health, not just chasing symptoms.

What does the Health MOT assess?

This essential blood panel gives you a complete picture of your health; covering over 60 markers that influence energy, hormones, metabolism, immunity and long-term wellbeing, provide insights into how your body is really functioning day to day. The test assesses:

  • Energy, fatigue & mood – red blood cell health, iron status, B12, folate, vitamin D, magnesium and cortisol, which all affect how energised, resilient and focused you feel.

  • Metabolism & blood sugar balance – glucose and HbA1c, highlighting risk of insulin resistance, diabetes and difficulties with weight management.

  • Thyroid health – TSH, free T3, free T4 and thyroid antibodies, which can uncover reasons for fatigue, weight fluctuations, mood changes or feeling “not quite yourself.”

  • Heart & circulation – a full cholesterol profile, triglycerides and inflammatory markers (like CRP and the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio), which together build a picture of cardiovascular risk.

  • Liver & kidney function – markers that reflect how well your body is processing toxins and balancing key processes like protein metabolism.

  • Hormone balance – for women: oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA, LH, FSH, prolactin and SHBG; for men: all of the above plus PSA, a prostate-specific marker. Imbalances here may explain PMS, irregular cycles, peri-menopause, PCOS, low libido, erectile changes, muscle loss, or unexplained weight gain.

  • Immunity & inflammation – white blood cell subtypes, neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio, and CRP, showing how your body may be responding to hidden inflammation or infection.

My life continues to improve from following the advice received, and getting a nutritionist, no matter what your health status is an investment in yourself.
